Shipping policy
Please allow up to 4 business days for orders to dispatch. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched during business hours only, Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped within Australia only.
- Orders of $80 and over, we provide FREE standard* delivery to any address within Australia, except Christmas Island
- Orders Under $80, a $10 charge is applied for standard* delivery to any address within Australia, except Christmas Island
*The above shipping rate covers standard shipping throughout Australia with an estimated delivery time frame of 2-10 business days depending on where you are in Australia.
Express Shipping
We also offer express shipping with a flat rate of $15. Usual delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on where you are in Australia.
All deliveries are with Australian Post, Couriers Please, or Aramex and ship to all of Australia except Christmas Island. Your order will ship from our Warehouse in Smeaton Grange, NSW, 2567. No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays within each state. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only so please note that the mentioned estimates do not include nights, weekends or holidays.
