What size belt should I get?

I was jumping in mud puddles, how do I clean my belt?

If your Adventure belt is dirty you can just leave it in your pants through the wash and dry cycles, we just recommend that you clip the buckle closed to prevent the belt from coming out of your pants. We do not recommend machine washing Utility belts, if it needs cleaning a damp cloth will work.

Is there a way to shorten my belt?

Cutting the excess belt material to shorten the belt is technically against our policy and not covered through our warranty.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I need to make a return, what is the process?

We do accept returns on unused products. Returns must be assigned an RA (return authorisation) number. Please submit a return request on our contact form, please be sure to include your order number as well as your first and last name. Once you receive your RA number via email you may ship your return back to us. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, we recommend shipping your return with a trackable service. At this time you are responsible for return shipping.

I received a belt as a gift, may I return it?

Yes, if the belt was originally purchased from ArcadeBelts.com.au you will be issued store credit for the product amount. Shipping will not be included in your store credit amount.

How long does it take to process a return?

2-5 business days depending on when the original purchase has been returned to our warehouse. As a reminder, return shipping is your responsibility.

Can I return/exchange a belt purchased from a local retailer?

We can only accept returns for items purchased through our Australian  website . All other returns should be referred to the retailer from whom your Arcade Belt was purchased.

Can I return/exchange a belt at a local retailer?

If you purchased the belt from arcadebelts.com.au, no. Please follow the steps above for the return process.
